Welcome to Serenity Glow and Go Mobile Spa. By booking my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth professional, and enjoyable experience.

              Booking & Appointment

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
• A valid address, contact information, and any relevant health information must be provided at the time of booking.
• A deposit will be required to secure your appointment.

              Cancellation & Rescheduling 

• I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late Cancellations will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

              Service Area & Setup Requirements

• Services are available within my designated mobile service area. Additional travel fees may apply outside of this area.
• The client must provide a safe, clean, and suitable space for services, including access to electricity and running water if needed.
• If the environment is deemed unstable, the appointment will be canceled, and a service fee will still apply.

              Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.
• Serenity Glow and Go reserves the right to refuse or reschedule services if a client is ill or presents symptoms of contagious conditions.

              Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• I accept CASH ONLY 
• Gratuities are not included but are appreciated.

              Refunds & Returns

• Services are non-refundable once completed.

              Privacy & Confidentiality

• All client information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing spa services and communication.

              Liability

• Serenity Glow and Go is not liable for any injuries or reactions resulting from withheld medical information or misuse of aftercare instructions.
